* From the sum excludes the costs for heating the indoor pool. Mandatory deposit of € 400 to be delivered upon arrival. The above will then be returned upon departure. Reservations will be considered valid only upon receipt of payment of 30% of the rent. The payment will be done with a bank transfer.
